Salsa Chicken


 
 

Ingredients:

·         6-8 chicken breasts

·         2 15 oz. cans of black beans

·         1 family size frozen bag of corn

·         2 cans of diced tomatoes and green chilies

·         1 jar of salsa

·         1 packet of taco seasoning

·         2 cups of cheddar cheese

 Instructions:

·         Divide everything (except cheese) evenly into two freezer safe bags

·         Cook on low for 8 hours

·         Serve over rice or on corn tortillas with rice as a side
